Questions before you start, a sync that needs a look, billing, security, or a feature you need: email us and someone who works on Fireloom answers, usually within one business day.

## Email

Include your account's email address if it's about a sync. Please don't send keys or connection strings: Fireloom never needs them by email.

## Already a customer?

Use **Support** in the [dashboard](https://fireloom.io/app). Messages there come with your account context, and replies show up in the dashboard and by email.

## Security issues

Found a vulnerability? Email [hello@fireloom.io](mailto:hello@fireloom.io?subject=Security) with “Security” in the subject. We'll confirm within two business days and keep you posted until it's fixed. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

## Privacy and data requests

To access, export or delete your data, email us or delete your account under Account in the dashboard, which deletes everything it owns. The [privacy policy](https://fireloom.io/privacy) has the details.
